Monster Dynamics was founded in 2018 by Tristan Bills, a former Operations Manager and serial licensee. We currently support 28 Real Estate Sales Agents in 6 brokerages throughout the Wasatch Front and Utah with our Real Estate Transaction Management services. We allow Real Estate Sales Agents to leverage our time saving systems, experience, and growing list of preferred vendors to grow their business.
Monster Dynamics also offers ancillary services such as Mortgage Loan Processing and Notary Signing Services.

As a licensed REALTOR® in the state of Utah, Tristan understands the needs of Real Estate Sales Agents and their clients, making him the perfect conduit to manage the often-times overwhelming tasks a transaction requires.
