Several people have asked me lately if I was considering raising my prices for my Transaction Management services. They cited how the cost of gas, food, and—pretty much everything has increased over the last year.
We haven’t raised our prices since they were set in 2016, and we will not raise our prices this year, either. Instead, we’re exploring ways to streamline our processes and increase our value to our real estate agents by improving the experience for their clients, and our valued partners.
As you may know, in 2019 we brought Loan Processing in-house. This has improved our understanding of the mortgage process and allowed us greater oversight throughout our transactions. Why wait for an update from the Lender when your Transaction Manager has access to their systems?
We brought Notary Signing Services in-house last year, allowing us to facilitate closings for clients with challenging schedules. We even met with some of our outstanding Escrow partners to understand their method and how they overcome common challenges.
Our latest service add-on is our most robust yet, resulting in the establishment of a sister business. The Endeavor Agency (for all life’s endeavors) is an independent insurance brokerage offering competitive rates through top-rated carriers such as Allstate, Nationwide, Mutual of Omaha, John Hancock, Hiscox, and Aflac.
