On January 30th, 2023, the Wasatch Front Regional MLS (utahrealestate.com) will unveil Aligned Showings, a new and improved showing management software. This tool will be fully integrated with Utah Real Estate’s desktop and mobile applications, and will also have its own standalone mobile app. Monster Dynamics will be closely monitoring this development and will be prepared to implement Aligned Showings into our processes once it becomes available.
The launch of Aligned Showings comes in response to concerns from real estate agents about the previous showing management software, ShowingTime, being owned by a competing brokerage, Zillow. ShowingTime will continue to be available for a yet-to-be-determined amount of time.
